VUE AT MAYNARD

Vue at Maynard is a 180 unit market-rate apartment project in Maynard, MA that is being constructed by Platinum-LeChase. LeCesse Development of Altamonte Springs, FL selected Platinum as the builder of this $34,000,000 project consisting of luxury apartments, expansive clubhouse, pool deck, detached garages and many amenities. The garden apartments will be in three- and four-story elevator serviced buildings. The spacious, open floor plans are designed with high quality finishes including designer kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wood plank-style flooring, nine-foot ceilings, and walk-in closets in every bedroom. Project completion is targeted for fall of 2019.
