Platinum-LeChase Construction Group has been selected by Brightview Senior Living to complete the construction of a 200,000 SF, 190 apartment Assisted Living Residence in Wayne, NY. The community features Independent Living apartments with services and resort-like amenities as well as dedicated Assisted Living apartments and Brightview’s specialized program and environment for Dementia Care, known as Wellspring Village®. Construction will start in spring of 2019 and be complete in the spring of 2021.
