Who are we?
Platinum-LeChase Construction Group, LLC is a joint venture equally owned by
Platinum Builders, LLC and LeChase Construction Services, LLC—an accomplished, well-respected group of construction professionals with backgrounds in engineering, architecture and field supervision. Together, we have 85+ years of experience and have completed more than 200 projects with more than 90 clients in the health care, skilled nursing facility and senior housing markets.
Headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, with a strong presence in upstate New York, we provide comprehensive management services for preconstruction through project execution in the assisted living and senior living marketplace. We operate from 12 office locations on the East Coast, increasing our access to some of the best construction professionals in the business.
